Reviews for Joss and Denée

The best thing, is the hosts. Joss and Dee are very service-minded and friendly - bringing an atmosphere of complete relaxation while enjoying total luxury in the alps.

Joss and Dee who looked after us and the chalet were very friendly and it was never a problem getting picked up or dropped off at different locations and introduced us to the ‘rustique’ vercland lift when the main samoens lift was busy. When you are a mixed age and ability group this is essential and we had one disabled person with us, they went out of the way to ensure nothing was a problem.

Wonderful chalet hosts Dee and Joss … scores excellent because of the guys running it … thanks for all your help Dee.

We received a very warm welcome. Joss and Dee went out of their way to ensure that our stay with them was good. They seemed to cope with various dietary requirements with ease. We had a most enjoyable stay, Joss and Dee will ensure that your stay is a happy one.

The chalet hosts Joss and Dee were really great, they couldn't do enough for you and cooked lovely meals for both the children and adults.

Our hosts Joss and Dee were superb and couldn't have done enough for us, the food was superb. We would go back tomorrow.

Totally AMAZING!!!!

Had the most amazing time with my husband and two kids aged 9 and 5 years old, we have made memories to treasure forever. When we arrived the views were breathtaking, and the Chalet was just how it looks on the pictures, beautiful!! We stayed in the spacious ground floor apartment with all you need and more, perfect access to surrounding gardens, outdoor pool and hot tub.... what more do you need. The food was outstanding, and plenty of it!! We were definitely well looked after. We were extremely lucky with the hot weather so really made the most of the outdoor adventures, mountain climbing was a big hit for the kids. There is so much to do and you will find you wont have enough time to do it all in, our 4 day break was not long enough and we can't wait to do it all again but will be extending our stay next time.

Amazing Chalet that combines cosiness with luxury

I have stayed at Chalet Brio on 3 occasions now and everytime it is an excellent stay. We have travelled in groups of up to 16 people to go skiing, The Chalet has taken care of us from we landed in Geneve airport till we were back. Everything is ready for us when we arrive. For the ones who need to rent skies etc. they are delivered to the Chalet with excellent service, we are dropped of at the lift and picked up everyday. And we are catered for with luxury. The food is excellent with a generous breakfast, tea with cake in the afternoon and a delicious three course evening meal everyday served with wine (to be enjoyed after a few hours in the hot tub

A fantastic Christmas trip

We spent Christmas week at Chalet Bravo, the smaller, self catering neighbour of Chalet Brio. From booking through to arrival, Robert and Caroline were extremely helpful and shared lots of information about the resort to help us in planning our week. Upon arrival, the chalet was spotlessly clean and gloriously warm. We really appreciated the generous welcome basket too. We were a party of 8 and the chalet suited us down to the ground; it was spacious and stylishly decorate with quality soft furnishings. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for the evenings we decided to eat in. The private hot tub was a bonus too, and much enjoyed! The views from the large living area were fabulous.
The little town of Samoens is lovely with a real French feel to it. There are plenty of shops and restaurants. The chalet's proximity to the ski lifts is excellent-we had hired cars from Geneva and it was a few minutes' drive to the main lifts where there was plenty of parking. We hired skis from Remi, upon Robert's recommendation. They were delivered to us in the chalet; an excellent service, and Remi was extremely helpful. In short, we all had a fantastic stay and would return in a flash! Thank you Robert and Caroline for your warm welcome.

Lovely chalet, great staff and very friendly and helpful owners

Robert and Caroline were the perfect hosts, and supported by Megan and Richard - we were looked after very well indeed; they made us feel very welcome and were as helpful as we could have hoped for.

The chalet is spacious and modern and light, very clean and warm. It's located in between Samoens and Morillion, and although a little out of town, it never seemed too much trouble to give us lifts too and from local ski lifts.

Food was plentiful, high quality, and varied. Breakfast, afternoon tea, 4 course dinner with wine.

Robert organised ski equipment to be delivered directly to the chalet, (by Remi of Chalet Ski), as well as lift passes. Very easy and useful for us, on a fairly short trip.
